摘要: Implementing software process improvement (SPI) program successfully in a organization is possibly the most challenging issue that industry faces today. It even more to implement an SPI organizations of developing countries like Bangladesh because difference norms and values national culture, organizational culture as compared those developed European Western countries. This research extends prior on (Wong & Hasan, 2006) addresses factors involved implementation programs organizations. A study ten top companies was conducted investigate whether cultural hindered this hindrance led deterioration business goals.
