摘要: Composting is a process of stabilizing organic wastes through the degradation biodegradable components by microbial communities under controlled conditions. In present study, genera and species diversities, amylohydrolysis, protein cellulose abilities culturable bacteria in thermophilic phase composting cattle manure with plant ash rice bran were investigated. The number actinomyces decreased increasing temperature. At initiation end phase, specie diversities possessing higher than during middle phase. During Bacillus, Geobacillus Ureibacillus dominant genera, thermodenitrificans was species. later phases, toebii terrenus dominant. at initiation, Geobacillus, contributed multiple abilities. These data will facilitate control future.
