摘要: Despite the importance of endophytic fungi for plant health, it remains unclear how these are influenced by grassland management practices. Here, we investigated effect fertilizer application and mowing frequency on fungal endophyte communities their life strategies in aerial tissues three agriculturally important grass species (Dactylis glomerata L., Festuca rubra L. Lolium perenne L.) over two consecutive years. Our results showed that practices holobiont, but observed effects differed between sampling year. Phylogenetic diversity endophytes D. was significantly affected 2010, whereas interaction fertilization with had a significant impact community composition 2010 2011, respectively. Taken together, our research provides basis future studies responses towards To best knowledge, this is first study simultaneously assessing parts
