摘要: A conversion of lynestrenol to norethisterone in vitro is described. Chromatographic and mass spectra data revealed that a metabolite (probably the 3-hydroxy metabolite) were produced amounts equal amount unchanged recovered. It suggested lynestrenols biologic activity may be due vivo norethisterone.
