摘要: Patients suffering from cancers are increasingly numerous in general practice consultations. The General Practitioner (GP) should be at the heart of management patients. Several studies have examined perceptions GPs confronted with patient cancer and relationships oncologists, but few focused on patients’ perspective. We studied three-way relationship between oncologist, GP, patient, patient’s point view. A questionnaire validated by a group consisting GPs, nurses, an epidemiologist quality analyst, was administered over three-week period to patients receiving chemotherapy day hospital. analysis based 403 questionnaires. had confidence GP’s knowledge oncology 88% cases; 49% consulted their GP for pain, 15% cancer-related advice, 44% emergencies. Perceived good GP/oncologist communication led turn consultations (RR = 1.14; p = 0.01) gave ability manage problems (RR = 1.30; p < 0.01).
