摘要: End-stage renal disease is a growing health problem with increasing prevalence and high care costs. Patients suffering from end-stage exhibit higher morbidity mortality rates compared to the general population. These patients, who are treated using hemodialysis, typically suffer anemia, inflammation, oxidative stress. Inadequate dialyzer membrane biocompatibility exacerbates these negative side effects. Modifications of composition hemodialysis membranes have improved their improve patients' quality life. Recently, use coated bioactive compounds has also been proposed further ameliorate dialysis-associated problems. Based on survey current literature, application decreases inflammation stress patients hemodialysis.
