摘要: Co-operative management of transboundary environmental resources is critical for peaceful relations between bordering nations. This article examines the current body literature on Canada–United States water resources, specifically focusing this analysis level attention given to (1) quality vs. quantity and (2) groundwater surface concerns. These issues are discussed under policy regime framework, examining influence institutions, interests ideas relevant scholarly research legislation. Canada–US historically places more emphasis issues.
