摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the microsomal DPNH-cytochrome c reductase. Enzymatic activity at 38° was measured spectrophotometrically by following rate of reduction cytochrome 550 mμ. Protein concentration is determined biuret method, with deoxycholate added to a final 1%. All procedures are carried out 0-5°.
