摘要: Abstract A novel analytical system for gas-chromatographic investigation of complex samples has been developed, that combines the advantages several principles to enhance information. Decomposition high molecular weight structures is achieved by pyrolysis and a separation capacity due chromatographic step provides both an universal as well selective sensitive substance detection. The latter simultaneously applying electron ionization quadrupole mass spectrometry (EI-QMS) structural elucidation [1 + 1]-resonance-enhanced-multi-photon (REMPI) combined with time-of-flight (ToFMS). evaluated tested polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) standards. It was applied crude oil first time. In such highly thousands compounds are present identification especially low concentrated chemical species PAH or their sulfur containing heterocyclic (PASH) derivatives often difficult. Detection unalkylated alkylated together PASH considerably enhanced REMPI–ToFMS, at times revealing which not observable EI-QMS abundance. On other hand, databased structure proposals analysis needed confirm information isomers distinction. technique allows assessment substances in one measurement. Information about content plays significant role increase efficiency processing petroleum.
