摘要: Resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry was applied to measurements of multiple emulsions with no pretreatment; a method for the quantitative evaluation aging proposed. We prepared water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) containing toluene and m-phenylenediamine. The samples were measured immediately following both preparation after having been stirred 24 h. Time profiles peak areas each analyte species obtained, several intense spikes could be detected from sample stirring, which suggests that concentration in middle phase had increased during stirring. On other hand, case W/O/W emulsion phenol m-phenylenediamine, rather than phenol, In present study, time-profile data converted into scatter plot order quantitatively evaluate aging. As result, ratio plots where strong signal intensities 8.4% before stirring 33.2% powerful tool evaluating emulsions, such as studies on kinetics encapsulation release active ingredients.
