摘要: During the last decade, analytical methods for detection and quantification of proteins peptides in biological samples have been considerably improved. It is therefore now possible to compare simultaneously expression levels hundreds or thousands different types tissue, example, normal cancerous, cell lines. In this chapter, we illustrate statistical designs such proteomics experiments as well analysis resulting data. particular, focus on preprocessing protein recorded by use either two-dimensional gel electrophoresis mass spectrometry.
