摘要: DNA microarrays are part of a new and promising class biotechnologies that allow the monitoring expression levels in cells for thousands genes simultaneously. An important common question microarray experiments is identification differentially expressed genes, is, whose associated with response or covariate interest. The biological differential can be restated as problem multiple hypothesis testing: simultaneous test each gene null no association between responses covariates. As typical experiment measures simultaneously, large multiplicity problems generated. This article discusses different approaches to testing context compares procedures on simulated data sets.
