摘要: In recent years, the capability of synthetic biology to design large genetic circuits has dramatically increased due rapid advances in DNA synthesis technology and development tools for large-scale assembly fragments. Large require more components (parts), especially regulators such as transcription factors, sigma viral RNA polymerases provide regulatory capability, also devices sensors, receivers, signaling molecules. All these parts may have a potential impact upon host that needs be considered when designing fabricating circuits. microarrays are well-established technique global monitoring gene expression therefore an ideal tool systematically assessing expressing cells. Knowledge part on enables user from libraries taking into account their possibly modify better tolerate stresses induced by engineered circuit. this chapter, we present complete methodology performing choice array platform, experimental design, preparing samples hybridization, associated data analysis including preprocessing, normalization, clustering, identifying significantly differentially expressed genes, interpreting based known biology. With methodologies, include lists bioinformatic resources analysis. The aim chapter is reader with information necessary able catalog optimize operation fully
