摘要: Abstract Pregnant Wistar rats were injected with progesterone (1.5 mg/kg) between Days 8 and 21 of gestation the behavioral, biochemical histological effects this treatment observed in offspring. The offspring weighed less than control animals during weaning retarded on one measure exploratory activity open field. None other 29 tests used showed any significant difference apart from a 9% increase amount brain DNA animals. It was concluded that these differences fortuitous has no consistent or development rodents following prenatal administration.
