摘要: Exudates were collected from stumps of pre-anthesis inflorescences oil palm and analysed for cytokinin gibberellin content using combined HPLC-ELISA techniques. Three antisera, zeatin-type, dihydrozeatin-type isopentenyladenine-type cytokinins, used in ELISAs to identify members these three groups cytokinins.
