摘要: Abstract 1. The electrocardiograms and vectorcardiograms of twelve patients were correlated with hemodynamic data before after pulmonic valvulotomy. All preoperatively had a severe degree stenosis, right ventricular systolic pressures 99 mm. Hg or higher. 2. Preoperatively, neither the level pressure nor gradient across valve closely components electrocardiogram configuration QRSsE loop vectorcardiogram. Inverted T waves in precordial leads greatest rightward deviation electrical axis tended to be present highest pressures. 3. Following surgery, changes vectorcardiogram any given case accurately reflected load. Incomplete regression electrocardiographic vectordardiographic signs hypertrophy our series indicated either an inadequate period observation, incomplete correction stenotic lesion, presence other hemodynamically significant defects. This suggests that serial cardiographic studies postoperatively provide readily available method for evaluating results
