摘要: Background and Objectives:Nicorandil has pharmacologic effects similar to nitroglycerin potassium in respect the channel opening action vascular smooth muscle cells. We examined hemodynamic changes patients following nicorandil infusion. investigated mechanism of nicorandil, whether ni- corandil affects receiving antianginal medication. Subjects Methods: A total 17 (11 normal control group, 6 coronary artery disease group undergoing cardiac catheteri- zation for investigation chest pain participated this study. During catheterization, was infused into pulmonary at a dose 80 μ g/kg over period 1 min. Hemodynamic parameters were measured before 5, 10 20 minutes after Results:Five infusion, maximal preload afterload observed both group.
