摘要: In this work the properties of a biotin-streptavidin BioFET have been studied numerically with homogenized boundary interface conditions as link between oxide FET and analyte which contains biosample. The reaction pair is used in purification detection various biomolecules; strong streptavidin-biotin bond can also be to attach biomolecules one another or onto solid support. Thus combination transducer powerful setup enabling wide variety molecules many advantages that stem from FET, like no labeling, need expensive read-out devices, possibility put signal amplification analysis on same chip, outdoor usage without necessity lab.
