摘要: Questionnaire-based surveys are a standard method used for assessing the safety climate within an organization. However, their analysis - in particular data aggregation poses several challenges, among which subjective judgment, incompleteness and uncertainty. This paper explores use of approaches based on belief structures aggregating from questionnaires. Data relevant to this study were collected through questionnaire administered employees nuclear research centre. The results show that, while may offer promising way represent questionnaires, existing methods not always adequate. Averaging schemes applied seem most suited investigated specific problem context analyzed. survey shows limitations quantitative culture assessment need complement these with in-depth qualitative analysis. modeled as structures.A number combination rules purpose aggregation.Illustrative examples demonstrate suitability different combinations rules.
