摘要: Abstract Two assay systems for diethyl pyrocarbonate are described. The first is a spectrophotometric method that makes use of the rapid reaction with colored compound, 5-thio-2-nitrobenzoate, to form colorless product. second based on inactivation lactate dehydrogenase and, unlike first, can be used in presence thiols. rate decomposition has been studied several buffers at different pH values.
