摘要: Abstract High levels of beta receptor agonist have previously been shown to down-regulate density on circulating leukocytes in man; however, the factors controlling under physiological conditions not defined. To determine whether is normally down-regulated by circulating, catecholamines we examined relationship between and catecholamine levels. Urinary epinephrine norepinephrine were significantly reciprocally correlated lymphocyte density. A similar existed supine plasma epinephrine, norepinephrine, upright Change sodium intake from 10 400 meq/d caused a 52% increase 48% polymorphonuclear The changes accompanied an sensitivity isoproterenol measured as fall dose required raise heart rate 25 beats per minute. Beta both cells was cardiac isoproterenol. Propranolol administration resulted receptors that with subject's pretreatment levels. These findings, therefore, suggest man blockade this down-regulation propranolol allows increase.
