摘要: Metabolomics is the downstream of systems biology and has drawn significant interest for studying metabolic networks from cells to organisms. To profile metabolites in two different cell lines (A549 AGS) infected with influenza A virus, gas chromatography coupled mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was employed. Some differentiating were tentatively identified using reference library, interpreted visualized by applying principal components analysis (PCA) cluster heat map. Consequently, flux profiling allowed differentiation fatty acid biosynthesis cholesterol metabolism during viral replication lines. The change turnover also observed. investigation revealed responses between A549 AGS virus infection. From pattern recognition results, line might be more susceptible virus. Regarding fact that a poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma whereas relatively lung tumor one, it speculated associated differentiations.
