Multidisciplinary Aesthetic Dental Treatment; Peg lateral with Congenitally Maxillary lateral Incisors

摘要: Maxillary lateral incisors vary in form more than any other tooth the mouth except third molars. If variation is too great, it considered a developmental anomaly. Developmental alterations which are most commonly associated with maxillary either unilaterally or bilaterally microdontia, hypodontia, dens invaginatus and evaginatus (talon cusp). Microdontia condition where teeth smaller normal size, may involve all be limited to single group of teeth. However, involvement rather common condition, especially involving incisor. incisor called as "peg lateral", that exhibit converging mesial distal surfaces crown forming cone like shape. The root on such usually shorter usual. In this article, case reported young patient one congenitally missing peg shaped was treated combination orthodontics, periodontal surgery aesthetic restorative dentistry interventions.
