摘要: The amino groups of insulin have been studied by 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in insulin, zinc-free methylated insulin. By difference it is possible to follow the shift with pH epsilon-CH2 delta-CH2 proton resonances lysine-B29 In dimethyl glycine-A1, phenylalanine-B1 can be followed as a function pH. native pKapp values 6.7 8.0 are obtained for glycine-A1 (the assignment tentative) 11.2 lysine-B29. Separate observed from Nepsilon-(CH3)2 group monomeric dimeric forms which indicates small change environment on dimerisation. spectral characteristics these are, general, consistent overall structure crystal form 2-zinc hexamer.
