Structural characteristics of B2O3 ? Bi2O3 glasses with high transition metal oxide content

摘要: Infrared and Raman spectroscopic measurements were performed in order to investigate the 90%[xB2O3(1 − x)Bi2O3]10%MO glasses structure, where MO = Fe2O3 V2O5, with different Bi/B nominal ratios (0.07⩽x⩽0.625) obtain valuable information about competitive role of component oxides formation glass network. The individual influence V2O5 on B2O3 Bi2O3 structures local changes around constituent cations studied, revealing significant structural modifications that occur when replaces Fe2O3.
