摘要: Using the dry-mount autoradiographic technique, a single population of cells within rat epididymis, clear cells, have been shown to bind [3H]aldosterone at nuclear site. Competitive binding experiments demonstrated that aldosterone was more potent than desoxycorticosterone testosterone in reducing uptake radioactive aldosterone. Furthermore, other epididymal (principal and basal cells) all regions epididymis were not significantly labelled; occasional labelling noted some endothelial stromal cells. It is suggested may play role controlling intracellular transcellular movement ions water necessary for concentrating absorbed macromolecules cell.
