摘要: What are the advantages and disadvantages of a monolithic virtual learning environment compared with more diverse assembly software elements adapted for learning? Is whole greater than sum parts when simple technologies utilised in combination? Can rich, relatively complex, emerge from combination simple, individual elements? These questions addressed this paper, we describe some outcomes have observed students use developed using number loosely related web together traditional teaching methods. Our strategy development is to combine well understood tools involving website, forms, audio video RSS produce an interactive system that can be taken various directions depending on needs interests learners teacher. We believe combining these robust, maintainable, controllable tuned teachers. approach encourages experimentation, keeping what works easily discarding unsuccessful or requiring further development. This paper describes continuing evolution our approach, reactions learners. compare based (VLE). The addresses conference theme enhancing scope beyond their usual application limits.
