摘要: Abstract In hydrocephalus, the progressive accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) causes dilatation lateral ventricles affecting third ventricle and diencephalic structures such as hypothalamus. These play a key role in regulation several neurovegetative functions by production hormones. Since endocrine disturbances are commonly observed hydrocephalic children, we investigated impact ventricular dilation on hypothalamus infant rats submitted to kaolin-induced hydrocephalus. Seven-day-old were hydrocephalus induction kaolin 20% injection method.
