摘要: Abstract Amorphous carbon films were successfully prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering at different deposition temperatures. We observed metal-insulator transition in the amorphous films, and found that temperature moved to low with increase of temperature. A local sandwich structure formed sp2 sp3 hybridized domains was thought exist which is responsible for negative giant magnetoresistance film. Ferromagnetism antiferromagnetism coexist localized structure, they are tuned external magnetic field, resulting a small bulge signal reversal The proportion can be adjusted Different bonding configurations result two kinds unpaired electrons, thus exhibiting ferromagnetic phases.
