Process Benchmark for Evaluation Energy Performance in Breweries

摘要: Abstract Different approaches have been used to calculate and set up the benchmarks for evaluation of energy performance in industry. The main disadvantage these is that benchmark variable time, thus very likely not showing real efficiency its changes. This study presents a new approach calculation (process benchmarks) which are based on physical production processes. approbated brewery results show can be industry, but there also need further research.
