摘要: Abstract The structure of quenched and aged zone-refined gold doped with 0·087, 0·17 0·35 at. % Cd, 0·15 Zn has been studied by transmission electron microscopy. Thin foils the materials were from 980°C pre-aged at temperatures between −30°C 20°C prior to ageing 165°C for one hour. Thus kinetics defect nucleation, a fast reaction occurring during pre-ageing treatment, have activation energy process found be 0·28 ev gold, 0·34 0·42 Cd- Zn-doped respectively. consists stacking-fault tetrahedra 10 20% dislocation loops. Both cadmium zinc present in amounts ∼0·1 strongly induce heterogeneous nucleation so that density is higher gold. Zinc atoms also nucleate loops early stage pre-ageing. resulting loops...
