摘要: Nutrition is a major factor governing early development of sea urchins. The morphological and survival Tripneustes gratilla larvae, from field-collected urchins, was investigated two separate feeding trials under different regimes. Microalgae Isochrysis sp., Pavlova lutheri Chaetoceros muelleri were tested as feed in May 2010 Tetraselmis suecica, Skeletonema pseudocostatum C. September 2010. Morphometric measurements post-oral arm (PO), total width, length, stomach length mid-body line (MBL) recorded every second day. In May, larvae fed died after 23 days did not reach competence. Larvae grew significantly better on Isochrysis, reaching competence day 16 18 respectively, had rates 5.12% 13.8% respectively. the trial, by 9, whereas reached 22. Survival for Skeletone...
