摘要: Abstract Recent structural studies on a range of viruses have revealed repeated protein-nucleic acid interactions inside viral capsids. In some cases, the molecular basis this interaction is apparent. The assembly capsids, however, requires distinct sequence-specific set in order to ensure faithful encapsidation nucleic acid. Biochemical experiments are now beginning examine both sets detail.
