摘要: Abstract Cationic cross-linked starches having quaternary ammonium groups (CCS) and tertiary amine (CTAS) were used for equilibrium adsorption of chlorogenic acid (CGA) from aqueous solution. The parameters the Langmuir, Freundlich Dubinin-Radushkevich models showed that driving forces interactions between cationic carboxylic group acid. values both thermodynamic CGA has higher affinity to CTAS than CCS, proceeds more favourably with exothermic effect bigger changes in systems order. Immobilization on especially CCS prevented rapid loss antioxidant activity. adsorbed exhibited prolonged radical scavenging activity which could be related gradual desorption starch microgranules.
