摘要: Half of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BH) population lives in rural areas. Agricultural production is a backbone the economy generates significant economic value for country. BH highly vulnerable to climate change, which poses development challenge given climate-sensitivity agricultural sector, share agriculture total economy, number people employed closely related socio-economic issues food security. has experienced serious incidences extreme weather events over past two decades, causing severe losses. Based on available data currently projections, exposure threats from change will continue increase. The review paper presents current state sector impact potential systems. It proposes policy options optimize opportunities mitigate consequences possible sector. Development research capacity should include harmonisation centralisation domestic policies, carrying out vulnerability assessment strengthening public private extension Further technological improvements information systems, crop development, irrigation water management.
