摘要: Although several recurrent genetic aberrations are known to occur in MALT lymphoma, no comprehensive study on the most prevalent lymphoma-associated is available. We therefore screened 252 primary lymphomas for translocations t(11;18)(q21;q21), t(14;18)(q32;q21), and t(1;14)(p22;q32), trisomies 3 18. The above-listed occurred mutually exclusively were detected overall 13.5, 10.8, 1.6% of cases; trisomy and/or 18 42.1%. frequency at which varied markedly with site disease. t(11;18)(q21;q21) was mainly pulmonary gastric tumors, whereas t(14;18)(q32;q21) commonly found lesions ocular adnexa/orbit, skin, salivary glands. Trisomies each frequently intestinal gland lymphomas. Our results demonstrate that three variable frequencies lymphoma different sites.
