摘要: Abstract Variations of the crystal structure and superconductivity with iodine concentration have been investigated for iodine-intercalated sintered-samples Bi 2 Sr CaCu O 8 I x 0≦ ≦1. It has found from powder X-ray diffraction that samples 0.4≲ ≲0.7 are composed mixed phases host compound stage-1 iodine-intercalation I. Diffraction peaks due to stage-3 vaguely observed a sample =0.24. In spite mixed-phase ≲0.7, superconducting phase is single bulk all values. The transition temperature decreases increasing ≲0.4 almost constant A model dependence spatial distribution intercalated atoms proposed, T c discussed in relation charge transfer between CuO sheets.
