Iodine Intercalation of Bi2Sr2Ca(n−1)CunOy(N=2,3) Superconductors by Using Reactants I2 or FeI2

摘要: The change of superconductivity induced by intercalation is very interesting We have investigated on into Bi2212 single crystal and Bi2223 polycrystalline superconductors using FeI 2 or I as reactant. iodine a reactant phase reported for first time long we know. In reactant, the critical tem T Conset in out-of-plane measurement has suddenly decreased X=0.95. Similar changes with higher X been observed independent directions reactants. x Bi Sr CaCu O y intercalated little lower than one . This likely due to hall concentration reduction host Bi2223, smaller increasing amount intercalant number CuO planes between ntercalant layers.
