摘要: Uniform water-soluble monolayer MoS2 quantum dots (MQDs) with lateral sizes of ≈2.1 nm, a clearly zigzag-terminated edge, and hexagonal lattice structure are achieved using ammonium molybdate, thiourea, N-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC) as precursors the capping reagent in facile one-pot hydrothermal approach. MQDs have good dispersity high stability aqueous suspension exhibit significantly larger direct bandgap (3.96 eV) compared to nanosheets (1.89 eV). Pronounced blue-shifts wavelengths both excitonic absorption intrinsic state emission activated strong luminescence at room temperature beyond is demonstrated. Unusual upconversion photoluminescence also observed caused by two successive transfers energy from near-infrared (NIR) generated NAC MQDs. Additional optical properties may provide numerous exciting technological applications. Here, demonstrated highly selective fluorescent for detecting tetracycline hydrochloride under UV NIR irradiation.
