摘要: Despite unique properties of layered transition-metal dichalcogenide (TMD) nanosheets, there is still lack a facile and general strategy for the preparation TMD nanodots (NDs). Reported herein series NDs, including quantum dots (e.g. MoS2, WS2, ReS2, TaS2, MoSe2 WSe2) NbSe2 from their bulk crystals by using combination grinding sonication techniques. These NDs could be easily separated N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone when post-treated with n-hexane then chloroform. All sizes less than 10 nm show narrow size distribution high dispersity in solution. As proof-of-concept application, memory devices example, MoSe2, or NbSe2, mixed polyvinylpyrrolidone as active layers, have been fabricated, which exhibit nonvolatile write-once-read-many behavior. high-quality should various applications optoelectronics, solar cells, catalysis, biomedicine.
