摘要: This study analyzes the institutions that shape public private collaboration for design and implementation of productive development policies in Colombia. Colombia is an interesting case because are increasingly designed, principle, context formal venues, with public-private being a pillar design. We focus on two specific cases: (1) Private Council Competitiveness its role National System Competitiveness; (2) Colombian government’s Productive Transformation Program. These studies suggest has contributed to continuity across governments. Collaboration also been behind particular achievements, such as helping overcome government failures, develop organizational capabilities. A central message this document thus foster collaboration, ones adopted over last few decades, have important potential advancing adequate policies. However, by no means brought “miracle”.
