On-line isotachophoretic analyte focusing for improvement of detection limits in capillary electrophoresis/electrospray mass spectrometry

摘要: Detectability enhancement in capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry (CE/MS) has been realized using on-line isotachophoretic (ITP) analyte focusing. This is demonstrated for the analysis of a mixture anthracyclines, showing on at least 200-fold improvement detectable concentration ITP/CE/MS compared to CE/MS an electrospray (ESP) interface.
