摘要: Mandatory water restrictions continue to be the immediate response urban shortages in most major cities southern Australia. Whilst generally rejected by economists on efficiency grounds, and enforcement regimes used invoke them are, nonetheless, viewed some community as a positive way of dealing with scarcity. Given likelihood that will persist for time, there is value understanding householders’ attitudes this context. The impact acceptability differing approaches particular interest, because has wider ramifications administration policy generally. This paper uses results from choice experiment investigate interplay between different components restriction regime.
