摘要: The aim of this work was to encapsulate transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) into PLGA microparticles for regenerative medicine applications. TGF-β1 firstly precipitated ensure its stability during subsequent encapsulation within microparticles. A novel emulsification/extraction process in CO2 medium under mild conditions pressure and temperature used the protein. Interestingly, non-volatile injectable solvents, isosorbide dimethyl ether (DMI) glycofurol (GF), were employed precipitate protein dissolve polymer. Good efficiency obtained with preserved bioactivity characterized terms size zeta potential. In addition, morphology surface properties determined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) atomic force (AFM) respectively. vitro release study from presented assess capacity these systems control release. Moreover, cytotoxicity performed showed an excellent cytocompatibility Thus, we described effective original polymeric carriers could be many biomedical applications more specifically developed cartilage regeneration.
