摘要: Summary In this study we analyze the ethics of compassionate support provided by organizations to their employees during and after Brisbane flood crisis January 2011. The relationship between social material is often taken for granted in discussions compassion, which has largely been conceived as an emotion or ethical virtue. By contrast, see it a variable state that contingent on phenomenal events, relations, organizational routines, technology corporeality. These are entangled temporal processes organizing compassion constituted. When traumatic events occur sociomateriality can substantiate negate compassion.
