摘要: The river goes through New Orleans like an elevated highway. Jackson Square, in the French Quarter, is on high ground with respect to rest of Orleans, but even from benches Square one looks up across levee at hulls passing ships. Their keels are higher than Astro Turf Superdome, and if somehow ships could turn move level into city stadium they would hover above playing field blimps.
