摘要: E-government applications specifically developed for people with disabilities are promoted as a great contribution towards social inclusion. However, research has pointed out that simply providing technology is not enough to guarantee the use of e-government applications. In past, many systems users were neglected due factors specific this user group such accessibility barriers or perceived stigmatization. Understanding determining among can help increase inclusiveness service delivery proclaimed by government agencies. Goal develop an inclusionary framework adoption intention find determinants and non-use. Therefore, we combined functional value, usability, stereotype perceptions direct antecedents intentions two disability-related constructs external variables in model, which aims explain disabilities.
