摘要: Summary The cryoprotective effectiveness of low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), K-15 and K-17, in the preservation rat mouse bone marrow has been evaluated on basis tissue culture followed by phase contrast microscopy, incorporation glycine-C14, 30-day survival lethally irradiated mice. Optimal concentration for PVP K-17 was found to be 20%. Low proved very effective marrow, comparable this respect dimethyl sulfoxide. Because high protection it offers its rapid renal excretion, should further tested cryopreservation human marrow.
