摘要: The transplantation of isologous mouse marrow in the fresh and thawed state was compared two vivo systems. Both assay techniques indicate good survival basic repopulating unit after storage 15% glycerol. spleen colony technique is more efficient sensitive than studies protection. Presumably, both depend upon ability to repopulate. Itilizing this colony-assay system, dimethyl suifoxide appears iess glycerol protecting unit. (auth)
