摘要: The most suitable glycerol and dimethylsulphoxide concentrations were determined out of the three tested (5%, 10% 15%) in slow-freezing process murine bone marrow preservation by means ofTills andMcCullochs test vivo, cryoprotective effects both substances compared. 5% concentration proved to be best cases. No differences on observed while using same volume concentrations.
